12-Month Limited Warranty

Every EraSmart printer and heat press includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.

What is covered

Mainboard, power supply, motors, carriage system, heating elements, and structural frame. Print heads carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturer defects.

What is not covered

Consumables (film, ink, powder), damage from improper installation or use, print head clogs from non-EraSmart ink, and normal wear parts (pads, wipers, fuses).

How to claim

Contact support via WhatsApp or email with your order number, a short video of the issue, and photos. Our tech team diagnoses remotely first — most issues are resolved the same day without a return. Replacement parts ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 24-48h for covered claims.
