Production flow

    Component sourcing

    Print heads, motors, motherboards, and inks are sourced from certified suppliers.

  2. 02

    PCB assembly & QA

    SMT assembly lines, dual-shift quality control, IPC-A-610 certified staff.

  3. 03

    Mechanical assembly

    Frames welded + CNC-machined in-house, then assembled by trained technicians.

  4. 04

    Calibration & burn-in test

    Each printer runs a 48-hour burn-in test before final QA sign-off.

  5. 05

    LA warehouse + global dispatch

    Stock arrives weekly at our 30,000 sqft LA hub. Same-day fulfillment on US orders.
