UV Printers: Flatbed, Roll-to-Roll and Hybrid
12 UV machine classes by bed size and function — from an A5 phone-case printer to a 60 × 90 cm sign flatbed.
By bed size
A5 to 6090. The bed decides the largest object and your batch size.
A3 UV Printer
An A3 UV flatbed prints on objects up to roughly 30 × 45 cm — phone cases, tumblers, plaques, small signs — and cures instantly.
A3 / 30 × 45 cm bed
A4 UV Printer
The A4 UV flatbed is the cheapest way into hard-surface printing. It covers phone cases, pens, keychains and small gift items one at a time.
A4 / 21 × 30 cm bed
A5 UV Printer
A5 UV printers handle single phone cases, small tags and flat promotional items. They are a testing machine, not a production unit.
A5 / 15 × 21 cm bed
6090 UV Printer
6090 means a 60 × 90 cm bed. It is the size where UV printing stops being a gift machine and starts handling signs, panels and batch production.
60 × 90 cm bed
4060 UV Printer
4060 is the mid-size UV bed: big enough for laptop skins, small signs and batches of cases, small enough to fit a workshop.
40 × 60 cm bed
3050 UV Printer
3050 sits just above A3: a 30 × 50 cm bed that covers small signage and production batches of gifts without a floor-standing machine.

By machine type
Flatbed, roll-to-roll, hybrid, laminator, camera, rotary.
UV Flatbed Printer
A flatbed holds the object on a vacuum table and prints straight onto it. No transfer, no press, no film — the ink cures the instant it lands.
UV Roll-to-Roll Printer
Roll-to-roll UV prints on flexible media — vinyl, banner, film — and cures as it goes. It is the opposite trade-off from a flatbed: speed and length, not objects.
Hybrid UV Printer
A hybrid does both: vacuum table for rigid objects, roll feed for flexible media. One machine, two product lines, one set of ink and profiles.
UV Printer with Laminator
An inline laminator lays a protective film over the print in the same pass. It is what makes UV DTF transfers survive handling and washing.
UV Printer with Camera
A camera finds the object on the bed and aligns the print to it. It is the difference between printing 20 identical blanks and printing 20 different ones.
Rotary UV Printer
A rotary attachment spins the object while the head prints, so you can wrap a design around a tumbler, bottle or pen without a seam.
