30-Day Return Policy

Unused, unopened machines and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for opened equipment.

Damaged or defective on arrival (DOA)

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We ship a replacement or replacement parts from the US warehouse at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email sales@erasmart.com with your order number and reason. We issue an RMA number and return label within 1 business day.
