A3 DTF Powder Shaking Machine
This companion unit automates the powder application and curing stages of the DTF process.
Operation: It handles a 350mm feed width, matching the printer's output. The unit uses an Intelligent Control System for managing the process.
Curing: Heat is supplied by Quartz Heating Tubes through a 400mm Horizontal Drying Tunnel. Heating temperature, powder shaking speed, and sprinkling speed are all adjustable.
Efficiency: Features Automatic Induction and an Automatic Winding Film Method to collect the cured film cleanly, ready for transfer.
